The JO (Junior Olympic) group is an intermediate/advanced group striving to improve their skills to compete not only at High School competitions, but at local, regional, and national level diving events.  At the JO level, we train athletes in the Dryland and Skill Level development framework that is common to all of our groups.

Athletes in the JO group are typically between 12 and 18 years of age, but there is no minimum or maximum age requirement.  Practices at this level are longer more frequent and detailed.  They emphasize more advanced skills within the framework of proper skill level development.  Members of the JO program receive individualized practice plans based upon their goals and progression.

Dryland: Dryland training is held on Tuesdays.

Competition: Athletes at these levels are eligible to compete at several local meets offered in the area throughout the year.

Commitment: This group practices on a month-to-month schedule.  Athletes may add, decrease, or change practice options on a monthly basis.

Practice Length: 2 hours per practice, 3 - In Water, 1-Dryland Training session

Cost: Three Class Options

Two practices/week: $175/month

Three practices/week: $215/month
