TEAM NORCO (MODIFIED SUMMER)

Following the 3-month quarantine and Safer at Home restrictions, most all atthletes have been unable to train in any fashion resulting in a loss of physical awareness, strength, and skill development.  This 8-week program is designed to re-introduce and develop base fundamentals of our sport as well as develop athletic fitness and is designed for those athletes with prior diving experience (club, high school, or collegiately) to prepare them for a normal sport specific training regimine.

In-Water: M-F; 8:40a - 9:40a at Village Green Pool

Dryland (Strength and Conditioning): M-F;10:30-11:30a at Fort Collins CrossFit.  MWF - Strength and Conditioning (ages 13+ only). TTh - Diving Specific Training

Commitment: 8-Weeks 

Practice Length: 2 x 1-hour training sessions per day (1 hour training daily per location)

Cost: $500 (billed in 2-month increments of $250)

Payment: All payment for tuitions is billed using recurring billing via credit card through this website.  All tuitions are billed on the first of each month. If you would like to modify or chancel your training, simply log into this website and modify your training or billing information in the Manage Training section under the Members tab.  If you choose to cancel or modify your membership, you must log into your account before the first of the month in order to discontinue billing for the upcoming month.
