Norco Diving provides introduction and instruction to the sport of Olympic style Springboard diving to youth ages 7 - 18 in a fun and safe environment from an experienced coaching team.
 

Available Programs

LEARN-TO-DIVE - YOUTH / TEEN

An introductory skills focused class centered around learning the base progressions of the sport of diving. Participants will learn skills from the 1-meter and 3-meter springboards. Classes are separated by ages - YOUTH ages 7-11 (45 minutes), TEEN ages 12-16.

Fall Programs held at Mulberry Pool in Fort Collins

Mondays and Wednesdays

 

LEARN-TO-DIVE - DRYLAND

A supplemental program to the Learn-to-Dive youth and teen classes.  This one-day a week class provides additional training focused on developing the fundamentals of diving in a fun, safe, and progressive format.

Currently no LTD Dryland classes available until Spring 2021

 

TEAM NORCO

Team Norco. is for indermediate/advanced athletes who have experience in dicing and wish to dedicate more time in their development within the sport. These athletes are eligible to compete in State, Regional, and National USA Diving competitions.

Athletes may train up to 5 days a week at various locations.

 

OTHER TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES 

Private Lessons - Learn in a one-on-one setting with one of our experienced coaches

Norco Fast Track - For those new to the sport but with prior acrobatic experience,  Norco Fast Track is designed to provide a focused introduction to allow the athlete to participate in the Team Norco program.

USA DIVING Registration

All Norco Diving Camps are operated under USA Diving as a member organization. Participants in all levels of camp are required to register with USA Diving at the athlete level ($20) once per year prior to the start of their first session.
