2 x per week, 1hr class; Monday/Wednesday; 4:30-5:30p

Description:
The CORE Norco program is focused on introducing the base fundamentals of diving, terminology, and safety while working towards completing the essential dives in the tuck position from every dive category (front, back, reverse, inward, and twist) from the 1-meter springboard. The diver will also learn a complete forward approach, back jump, front fall in (falling dive), and back fall in (standing back dive) from the 3-meter.

Expectations: No expectations other than a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and have fun!
