Intermediate
The Challenge program is designed for those divers who wish to continue to develop as divers in a lower-commitment atmosphere. The practice programming is flexible, allowing for free-flowing participation with growth commensurate with the commitment level. More 3m instruction is introduced, and divers will work on building basic and advanced dives at a safe and appropriate pace. This program is ideal for those who wish to compete only in high school and only develop their 1-meter diving skills.

Competitive
Norco TRAIN is for divers in 8th-12th grades with experience in diving and who wish to dedicate more time to competitive training. These athletes aspire to compete in national competitions with USA Diving and rank highly among Colorado High School state competitors. Norco TRAIN is also designed for those interested in competing collegiately (NCAA). Our coaches work with these athletes outside the pool to assist in college recruiting visibility by utilizing their experience and relationships nationwide.
Private Lessons
Individually scheduled private/semi-private lessons. Whether working on specific skills, introductory lessons, or advanced training, Norco Diving's Private Lessons are customized to the participant. Lessons are traditionally set for 1 hr and can consist of wet and dry training.
