Description: The Norco Diving Rocky Mountain Diving League is an 8-week program from June 2nd through July 31st. The RMSDL is for divers of all ability levels (introductory to experienced) and is held in an energetic, low-key environment focused on learning the base dive skill fundamentals, introducing competition, and building team unity, all within a safe, nurturing, and fun environment.

The RMSDL is the perfect place for athletes of all levels who wish to participate in a program beyond base lessons. Participants will learn skills from the 1-meter and 3-meter springboards.

Competition: Two meets + 1 City/League Meet and optional participation in the Rocky Mountain State Games in Colorado Springs.; Awards are provided for places 1-3 for dual and League Championship meets, and a Certificate of Competition Level is provided at League Championship.

Equipment Needed: Suit, Towel, Yoga Mat (Team mat available for purchase), Chamois/Quick Dry Towel (Optional)

Cost: $550 (includes practices, meet entries, and t-shirt) + separate processing fee.
