This is an optional meet, we had a few of our divers compete at it last year and it is a lot of fun so I would definitely reccomend attending if you can make it.
The RMSG is a much more structured meet that will bring teams from all over the northern Colorado area to compete, there will be competitors at all levels and Coaches Brendan and Henry will also be competing at this meet.
