Challenge (45644)
Developmental 13+
Challenge divers will enhance their diving skills by adding more advanced movements, positions, and methodologies. More 3-meter instruction is introduced, and divers will work on building basic and advanced dives in a safe, controlled environment and at an appropriate pace. This program is ideal for those who wish to compete only in high school and only develop their 1-meter diving skills; however, for those who desire, it will serve as the appropriate stepping stone to enter the Norco TRAIN program.
